Your school’s journey will begin with listening through empathy interviews. These will capture the thoughts and feelings of students, staff, teachers, and parents and caregivers to lead the way forward.
Engage a Small School Team.
If a small group of people are capable of changing the world, imagine what a small caring, committed school team can do to create more space for listening, caring, and connection? This group will learn new leadership skills, dream big and take immediate action steps focused on impact, growth, and sustainability.
C0-create Listening Spaces.
Through research-supported experiences and tools, this group will be lead through a process in which they’ll create new pathways for listening in your school. These listening pathways will become vehicles for creating belonging, engagement, caring, and connection that can create a lasting impact on your school’s culture.
